In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Access to and use of the weakph Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. By registering an Account or using any service on the Platform, you conclusively represent that you have read and agree to these Terms.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure via the weakph support team.
2.3 These Terms are supplemented by the weakph Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules displayed within the Platform. In the event of conflict, these Terms take precedence over product-specific rules except where PAGCOR regulations provide otherwise.
3.1 The weakph Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during Platform use:
3.2 weakph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Providing false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of Bonus Funds.
3.3 weakph employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a player Account or participate in real-money games on the Platform.
4.1 To access real-money gaming services on weakph, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the weakph Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. weakph may merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up-to-date. You must notify weakph of any material changes by contacting the support team.
4.4 Account registration constitutes your acknowledgment that online gaming involves real financial risk and that you are participating voluntarily for entertainment purposes.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your weakph Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any gaming activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.
5.3 You must notify weakph's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or suspected compromise of your credentials.
5.4 weakph implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and monitors accounts for unusual activity. However, weakph cannot guarantee security against all possible threats and shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you failed to take reasonable precautions.
6.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited to your weakph Account via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP).
6.2 weakph does not accept deposits from third parties or payment instruments not registered in your own name. Any such deposit may be refused and returned to its source.
6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals of real-money Balance are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identity document. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
6.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — same business day; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) — 1–2 business days. VIP players at Gold and Diamond tiers receive prioritized processing as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.
6.5 weakph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Processing may be paused while verification is pending. This is a PAGCOR anti-money-laundering compliance requirement.
6.6 Deposits and withdrawals of equivalent value within the same period that do not result in meaningful wagering activity may be subject to review for potential financial crime and may be refused or reversed.
7.1 weakph may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotions to Players. All offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games.
7.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus Funds must meet their stated wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the individual offer terms.
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional errors, or using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated offer terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
7.4 weakph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not retroactively affect offers already accepted by Players in good faith.
8.1 Each game available on the weakph Platform is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
8.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used in weakph slot, bingo, and table games are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated in certified studios under camera surveillance.
8.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, weakph will resolve the affected round based on the state of play at the time of the malfunction in accordance with game provider rules. Any wager placed on a demonstrably malfunctioning game is void and the stake is returned to the Player's Balance.
8.4 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across a large number of game rounds. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes or minimum winnings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the weakph Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure:
10.1 Player-initiated closure. You may request closure of your weakph Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money Balance remaining after settlement of pending game rounds will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following successful KYC verification.
10.2 weakph-initiated suspension. weakph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where there is reasonable cause to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. The Player will be notified of the action and the general reason unless disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.
10.3 In cases where account closure follows a confirmed breach, real-money Balance that cannot be attributed to legitimate deposits may be forfeited as permitted by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, weakph's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) ₱10,000.
13.2 weakph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity due to service interruption.
13.3 weakph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect availability. weakph will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally feasible.
14.1 The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the weakph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
14.2 weakph collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
14.3 weakph may share Player data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or fraud prevention purposes.
15.1 weakph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via registered email address or prominent Platform notice at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and weakph, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. weakph will endeavour to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
16.3 Disputes not resolved through the support process may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable to licensed online gaming operators. The competent courts of the Philippines shall have jurisdiction over disputes that proceed to litigation.
16.4 The official language of these Terms is English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English text shall prevail.
